Blastcom (UK) Ltd as part of an international group has many years’ experience within the shot surface preparation industry both in the manufacture and design of New Centrifugal wheel, air blasting, shot peening and dust extraction machines. As well as new blast machines we can offer all aspects of equipment modernisation to improve the efficiency of existing blast equipment supplied to many industries worldwide.

Blastcom UK have a wide range of refurbished and second hand shot blast machines available and carry large stocks of spare parts for all leading manufacturers of shot blast equipment. To support our customer base we can offer routine maintenance service contracts, emergency breakdown service and are the only surface preparation company to offer 24 hour breakdown cover.

We provide metal processing companies within different sectors with the most innovative solutions. We do that with a strong focus on R&D and from an extremely flexible organisation. Our extremely skilled engineers fully immerse themselves in each specific problem while at the same time setting the highest standards. Where possible, we incorporate insights gained in previously delivered installations in a new concept.

Blastcom as part of an international group develop and build complete installations for shot blasting, shot peening applications and equipment modernisation. These are delivered on a turn-key basis and are fully adapted to the client’s individual requirements. Where possible, we limit manual interventions to a minimum.
